I am an educator and I feel the courses are mostly very well done. I love that they all contain a video and sometimes they have scenarios. I think this is so helpful for understanding. Cons: I do not like that you cannot remove or unassign a skills checklist from the staff. I also do not like that some of the skills do not come with a video. I also do not like that you cannot print a transcript of the courses an employee has completed. Reasons for switching to Medbridge Medbridge offers onboarding, which HealthStream does not. This is how the number of available exercises is greater than most other HEP programs. Honestly the HEP2Go free format has more exercises available. I have to say that I have been fairly disappointed with the exercises provided in medbridge. I have requested a few additions and have had no follow up on the requests.
