Overall, the experience is very good. I think there are things that could make Medbridge better as stated above.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 3/5
- Customer support: 2/5
- Functionality: 3/5

#### Pros

I love the courses in Medbridge. I am an educator and I feel the courses are mostly very well done. I love that they all contain a video and sometimes they have scenarios. I think this is so helpful for understanding.

#### Cons

I do not like that you cannot remove or unassign a skills checklist from the staff. I also do not like that some of the skills do not come with a video. I also do not like that you cannot print a transcript of the courses an employee has completed.

#### Reasons for switching to Medbridge

Medbridge offers onboarding, which HealthStream does not. Medbridge also has courses designed for the home environment specifically and HealthStream has a lot more limited options. We also needed a good OASIS education platform.

### Misleading packages and poor customer service

- Overall rating: 1/5
- Reviewer: Troy B.

- Industry: Health, Wellness and Fitness
- Company size: 2-10 employees
- Product usage: Used daily for more than 2 years
- Reviewed: July 2026
- Review source details: This review was submitted organically. No incentive was offered

Customer service is misleading, not friendly, and not timely. You will be directed to buy certain packages and then put a card on file. You will not be able to check to see how many HEPs you still have available and they will charge you for overages - no email notification, no heads up on the number you used - even though they recommended that package based on your user experience. Highly misleading. Customer service will say they will call you back but they will send you an email that is not well written. Poor instructions, poor user experience, poor service. Avoid.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 1/5
- Value for money: 1/5
- Customer support: 1/5
- Functionality: 1/5

#### Pros

The exercise interface is nice, it will give you options to build a nice plan. The HEP package is decent giving you options but not a complete option for a PT.

#### Cons

Billing, Invoices, Packages, Renewals are misleading and convoluted. It appears they are doing this for their advantage financially.

My team and I enjoy using it and it's a nice benefit that we can offer to our full-time clinicians. I have not heard any complaints.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 3/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

The CEU's are great and the HEP's are easy to find and easy to use. All of our clinicians are happy to have it!

#### Cons

Getting quotes and invoices to pay seems to be more difficult than it should be. I took several emails and phone calls and getting bounced around before I found the write person to get us set up.

#### Reasons for choosing Medbridge

We were already using Medbridge when I became the director here so it was easy to stay with it. After the price increase I did shop around and was about to start talking to other similar programs but then I discovered the different tiers in pricing at Medbrdige and I was able to make some changes that kept me in budget.

### My thoughts

- Overall rating: 5/5

Overall, my experience with MedBridge has been really good. The platform offers a wide range of high-quality, evidence-based educational content that supports professional growth and clinical practice. The courses are relevant, informative, and applicable to real-world rehabilitation settings. MedBridge makes it easy to stay current with best practices while meeting continuing education requirements. Despite a few areas for improvement, the platform is a valuable resource that supports lifelong learning, skill development, and confidence in clinical decision-making.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 3/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 3/5
- Functionality: 3/5

#### Pros

What I liked most about MedBridge is the exceptional variety of rehabilitation content available in one platform. The courses span multiple disciplines, diagnoses, and levels of expertise, making it easy to find relevant material for both foundational learning and advanced clinical practice. Content is evidence-based, clearly structured, and applicable to real-world patient care. The inclusion of videos, case studies, and practical demonstrations enhances understanding and engagement. This broad range supports continuous professional growth, accommodates different learning styles, and helps clinicians stay current with best practices across the rehabilitation continuum.

#### Cons

What I liked least about MedBridge is the overall flow of the platform, which can sometimes feel less intuitive when navigating between courses, modules, and progress tracking. Finding specific content or returning to previously viewed material is not always seamless. Additionally, the inability to review live webinars when the scheduled times do not align with my work schedule is limiting. As a clinician with varied responsibilities, flexibility is essential. Missing access to recorded versions of select live sessions reduces learning opportunities and makes it harder to fully benefit from time-sensitive or expert-led content.

### “An Essential Platform for Modern Physical Therapy Practice”

- Overall rating: 5/5
- Reviewer: Raj P.
- Verified reviewer: Yes
- Industry: Health, Wellness and Fitness

- Product usage: Used daily for less than 2 years
- Reviewed: April 2026

My overall experience with Medbridge has been outstanding. It has elevated both patient engagement and clinical efficiency in my practice. The Home Exercise Program empowers patients to take an active role in their recovery, which aligns strongly with long-term health and independence goals. It has also strengthened my ability to deliver consistent, high-quality care while saving time on administrative tasks. Medbridge is not just a tool—it’s a strategic asset for any forward-thinking physical therapy practice.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Medbridge stands out for its seamless integration of patient care and clinician education. The Home Exercise Program (HEP) is intuitive, visually engaging, and highly customizable, which makes it easy to tailor programs to individual patient needs. Patients appreciate the clear video demonstrations and simple instructions, which significantly improves compliance and outcomes. From a clinician’s perspective, the platform saves time, enhances professionalism, and supports evidence-based practice. The continuing education resources are also top-tier and directly applicable to daily clinical work.

#### Cons

While the platform is highly effective, more exercise varieties are needed, and exercise templates could be improved. Expanding options for deeper personalization and adding more niche or condition-specific exercises would make it even stronger.

#### Ratings breakdown

#### Pros

The continuing education classes are well done. Would like to see more advanced courses if possible. Most of the exercises listed are good.

#### Cons

I feel that most basic of basic exercises are represented and there are alot of the same exercises duplicated with a different model. This is how the number of available exercises is greater than most other HEP programs. Honestly the HEP2Go free format has more exercises available. I have to say that I have been fairly disappointed with the exercises provided in medbridge. I have requested a few additions and have had no follow up on the requests.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

I do like the ease of use with the addition of patients to the platform and the ability to have communication with the patients.

#### Cons

I feel that there is a poor exercise selection especially for pelvic floor patients. Daily I have exercises that I can not find to give to a patient after i have already taught the patient an exercise. I have to find the most similar exercise and then change the verbage just so that the patient has something to take home.

#### Cons
