I am an educator and I feel the courses are mostly very well done. I love that they all contain a video and sometimes they have scenarios. I think this is so helpful for understanding. #### Cons I do not like that you cannot remove or unassign a skills checklist from the staff. I also do not like that some of the skills do not come with a video. I also do not like that you cannot print a transcript of the courses an employee has completed. #### Reasons for switching to Medbridge Medbridge offers onboarding, which HealthStream does not. Medbridge also has courses designed for the home environment specifically and HealthStream has a lot more limited options. No incentive was offered Customer service is misleading, not friendly, and not timely. You will be directed to buy certain packages and then put a card on file. You will not be able to check to see how many HEPs you still have available and they will charge you for overages - no email notification, no heads up on the number you used - even though they recommended that package based on your user experience. Highly misleading. Customer service will say they will call you back but they will send you an email that is not well written. Poor instructions, poor user experience, poor service. I feel that most basic of basic exercises are represented and there are alot of the same exercises duplicated with a different model. This is how the number of available exercises is greater than most other HEP programs. Honestly the HEP2Go free format has more exercises available. I have to say that I have been fairly disappointed with the exercises provided in medbridge.
