Optima Home Health is a cloud-based home health management suite suitable for organizations of all sizes. Key features include workflow management, compliance guardrails and point-­of­-care documentation.

Care operations management tools include the ability to process multiple referrals at once, assign specific intake staff to referral contacts and automatic document-review alerts. Comments can be added to fields that need to be completed. Users can also schedule staff and filter staff members by team to help with workload management.

Optima Home Health supports OASIS questions through built-in conditional logic questions when users are filling out documentation. Billing tools include built-in checks and validations on claims, manual and electronic payment posting and line item details on invoices. Optima Home Health also integrates with Medi-Span for drug information, McKesson for supply orders and Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) for OASIS scrubbing and reporting analytics.
