Pros: System is turn key and fully EMR allowable. The system has grown and never held our agency back from performing something we want to do with our procedures. Always up to date and usually sooner than others with updates from CMS and state new requirement implementations. We use them for our agency , our sister agency AND our Hospice Agency.
Cons: Not yet allowable to have full EMR (Admit packs on system for signature / et al) but is in the works.
