When a clinician goes to see a patient, CareViz eliminates the need for physical maps by planning and tracking their route digitally. It sends alerts whenever a clinician schedules a change, and generates daily activity reports for administrators to monitor travel time and overtime pay. This data can also help ensure that mileage reimbursements are accurate.
The software’s mobile app allows users to view their daily itinerary, including mileage information. Clinicians can activate audible turn-by-turn directions to optimize their commute and arrive to appointments on time. Individual visit notes, including patient details, can also be entered using the app.
This solution is compliant with federal patient privacy standards, as data is encrypted. CareViz can integrate with most existing payroll and billing software systems.
