I have used this product for a few years now and am extremely happy with the software its abilities and customer service is great.

Clarity, flexibility and ease of use. Customer tech support was great as was the price.

Schedule page is not working, could be losing business.

Never had a time when this tool failed and I had to resort to something else.

This is a great software for any home inspector to use. The ease and functionality of it may complete and reports in a timely manner.

Overall good software with good narratives, easy to costumize.

My only complaint is that while taking pictures during an inspection the software inadvertently closes causing me to re-open the report.

I have not used another system so I don't really have anything to compare it to. Good product with good support when needed.

UI and its friendliness. Very fast and effective in fast pace environment.

That it is easy to use gives you a good outline and you can set it up in the way do you want for your inspection to flow.

It is a quick and effective solution for generating on the fly reports, suitable for presentation, and emailing.

My overall experience with EZ Home Inspection Software has been excellent. The software is very user friendly and their customer service is excellent as well.

While I did not lose anything, it was enough to stop my heart. I thought that I had lost an entire inspection but it ended up loading properly.

EZ Home Inspection Software is very user friendly I am very satisfied with the software.

When you have to do this for a hundred photos, this is a major time suck. It should be set up where each photo has a box under it to type a comment.

The inability to copy sections from one report to another. The inability to insert video.

However you can add verbiage, move subjects around how you and your clients like. Pictures are clear and real estate agents love it.

Photo limit is a little low. Since it is internet based it does slow down from time to time and/or makes it difficult to write the report on site if inspection is in an out of service area.

I'm able to complete my work in half the time. Once I'm able to navigate the system a little better, I have confidence that I'll love this system more than the previous one.

It is easy to use Horizon from Carson Dunlop. For beginners it creates a basic inspection report to provide to your clients.

I use Horizon Software numerous times a week. I like how you can generate the report on the fly with the mobile app, and you don’t have to worry that you’re missing anything.

Horizon software is not only visually appealing but easy for clients to navigate. They periodically add new features or enhancements to make it easier for the agents as well.

It is basically my lack of skills that limit what I can do.

From the ground up, Inspections every day. I get additional jobs and great feedback regarding my report with this software.

Ease of use and multi-user function. I love the auto diagrams that can be added to the report.

Limited to number of photos to use and not sure how to remove items I entered.

Page breaks can be awkward sometimes depending on picture layouts mainly.

The customer service is excellent - an important feature for a one-man operation such as mine.

The mobile app is glitchy sometimes and occasionally fails to load photos on the first try.

Horizon provides all the software needed to run my business. It is a stable, cloud based system with superior customer support.

It is not the least expensive, so if price is an issue then you may wish to look elsewhere. If pricing is not a major factor, then take a look, I think you will like what you find.

Ease of use and ability to use mobile app in field and customize to our needs. Report is basically done on site we inspect with two inspectors one using the mobile device while inspecting.

Produces a great looking report. Have received many compliments from client and agents alike.

This software produces fantastic reports right out of the gate. Has Integrated Action List Generator and mobile software.

The customer support is the best by far from anything i have ever seen.

It is very easy, professional, good price and valuable product.

I was able to get one on one report writing help along with adding some features to my report to suit my needs better and able to promote it to some of my property management customers.

For new inspectors to the industry; this software is a very in-depth,  comprehensive program that really has everything within it to set you up for success.

I like how it inserted photos directly in each section of the report rather than all photos at the end.
