Sometimes I will take photos on my companion device when I'm in the wrong component. Cutting & pasting each photo individually from one component to another is a pain.

Ability to add all photos at once is a benefit that can save time.

The program is very professional and very easy to use and if you have any questions while using, the Homegauge support team is FANTASTIC and always willing to help /answer any questions you may have.

The software is easily customized by the user, the support from Homeguage has been outstanding over the years and the software is always been improving and upgradeable.

The ability to use companion to update the report while in the field is very helpful. Just when i think it can't get much better, they improve it.

The only complaint i ever had was that there was no support after 5:00 P.M.

The integration of photos from outside sources is effortless and taking photos from within the software is nice because they end up right where I want them. And did I mention the videos.

The only downside is not having 24 hour tech support when problems arise after HomeGauge closes.

It failed to do so & it completely altered our inventory, leaving our staff unable to invoice for over a week.

Clean design, simple setup. This was our first step in taking the business from paper to a software with mobile capabilities.

Customer Service is terrible. Every time we have an issue, they say they will take care of it and then something else goes wrong.

It is very user friendly and the customer support has been very good.

Horrible customer service, demanded our money back!!!  Beware!!!  Horrible.

It has a very fluid customization feature. Working in HTML is really nice and the support to help you get through it is phenomenal.

There are VERY limited reports, unable to scale a business with this software.

Perfect fit that has the option to integrate with Quickbooks, but works as a standalone if you want to separate it from your accounting system.

The customer service is fantastic. There is not usually a wait time to get a person on the line to assist in any way.

So many willing reps to help answer the questions i have. And the software is extremely user friendly.

These guys really do want to make a great product. They have a ton of different individual users, and keep striving to add functionality to make the software more user friendly and better.

MHelpdesk makes very eye-pleasing invoices and billing statements, and they are easy to manipulate and add/change information on.

Quickbooks integration came along too late for us to play with or even consider. The support team is pretty responsive and helpful when available.

Love this product and it is great value for money. Looked at other products out their but they don't do what this one can do for the same money.

I would recommend this for any IT company looking for a great program at a wonderful price to help grow and move into the future.

Best thing about MHelpDesk is that its all online and they have very supportive customer service reps.

I think it's a great knowledgerbase and Accounts receivable tool.

The demo and set up was great. They did the hard part with our onboarding.

We've been able to negotiate lower prices as a long time customer, but if we had to pay today's rates based on what we know now, we would look for something else.

The weaknesses we struggled through for the first 2 years really left it on the back burner as far as fully implementing and incorporating it further into our customer contact operations.

I have not used anything slower since dial up internet. No one at the company can give us a straight answer as to when fixed will be implemented and everyone gives the run around to save themselves.
