Unexpected loss of documentation. There are some glitches within the system.

Time savings - this program is very easy to use and it takes less time doing the same job the last program did. Everything we need in one place.

Easy to read and the support team has been helping staff and myself immensely and immediately. The transitioning team has provided me staff with excellent service and consideration.

We meet on a regular basis with the Nethealth team and development staff and they are very receptive to the numerous product improvement ideas we suggest.

The only times that it's bad, is when the internet is slow, which is usually during lunch. But after or before you do get your response.

And also being able to connect from anywhere is nice.

I really like the batch printing is nice to use for patients that I have to send weekly progress notes to insurance companies. Customer service support is very helpful when we need them.

Aginity is an excellent tool for our team, and everyone can become productive in a short amount of time.

Able to do what I need to do to get my paperwork done fast and easy learning curve was small. So happy with the program.

Being the administrator of Integrated Hospice helps me a lot of lessen my work load especially when we have a new hire staff to educate and train with the software.

Not too many cons I have run into - few little glitches but they were usually my misunderstanding. The only one I encounter is in scheduling.

This program interfaces the various aspects of home health therapy well and delivers a product that allows users (therapists, etc.) to maintain a good work flow throughout their day.

I really love the people on the phones. This company is so caring that they sent me flowers when I finished my cancer treatments.

Constant delays in implementation due to updates, functionality problems, and billing component does not work correctly.

Customer service is great. I love that I have more time to put towards seeing patients and their family members as this program is fairly simple and efficient.

The Nethealth integration team was amazing. Our notes are in EMR within minutes and our charges are in our billing software almost instantly.

The built-in coding algorithm, combined with improved documentation, has allowed for an improvement in revenue. I like the fact that the wizards and templates are fully customizable and editable.

The ReDoc team has been awesome to work with. We have ReDoc interfaced with two versions of Meditech.

This is a great program, very user friendly (works like any Windows-based program with similar menus and functions) and well worth the cost. I highly recommend you consider it.

Positive and prompt reply from the support team. It is easy to handle various departments because of integration system.

So far things are going very smoothly and there is proper co-ordination between me and my staff. I would recommend this software for its stability and good support provided by the company.

It is a full solution in less price  it is easy to use and GUI is wonderful. Easy to be reading  :  Simplicity and integrated  I like how to easy to use.

Support staff can misbehave with you any time if you call them for your problems. All support staff are freshers and by the time they start to understand it the become arrogant or change the company.

Initially you find difficult but later on it saves lot of time in your busy OPD practice.

It gives 100% solution of your Clinical needs, Different parameters like lab  values are helpful. An inventory of  pharmacy is also built in.

No proper training, poor arrangement of demo,  extreamly poor software support system.

MY EXPERMIENCE is very small, i like turtles, gooD SOFtwARE.

Also, the method of selection of each instruction is very primitive and time consuming. I have in fact, stopped using it.

User friendly sql based software good working speed. Multiuser very good for multispeciality clinics and hospitals.

Software is very user friendly and also has good features like multi-user facility and regional language facility to provide prescriptions and advice which are very useful to us.

I had problems, starting from Opd entry. It doesn't come ready with templates and we have to prepare it for each head including billing.

Even i had bought new laptop & i want to shift my whole software into newer laptop. If you can help me for that i would be happy.

The product is very good. It solves the Hospital Requirement and keep patient intact.

Initially you find difficult but later on it saves lot of time in your busy OPD practice. I am using this for OPD only and found it very handy.

There is practically no training and user manual. The access control, audit trails are also not well defined.

Manual crosscheck is required in billing. Customization is troublesome in implemation and financially.

It is wasting my valuable time with dead slow support.
