Pros/Cons
Pros
- The best part is you earn points with them which turns into gift cards that you can use at some of your favorite places.
- Easy to use, provides great marketing options, well supported. The product support has been great, operationally and from our representative.
- Easy to use, love the restaurant suggestions and what’s available now options. Points are great too that can be redeem for gift certificates/cash.
Cons
- Nothing from open table, I got annoyed when a restaurant no longer used Open Table and stopped taking reservations, but that is on the restaurant, not open table.
- I dislike that the search query resets every time the user views a restaurant. No map view on mobile site makes it difficult to use to make decisions on the go.
- Never once have I had a problem with this app in booking or reserving a table at a restaurant.
Pros
- So far is been nothing but pleasurable easy to use great communication with upper management seems like they really care about your clients and you’re not getting lost in a queue.
- Spot-On is a great POS overall and is helping our business in many ways. The reporting and back of house features are amazing.
- But honestly it does make it so my team understands how to utilize the system which can be helpful. To be fair is is 2020 and everyone is overwhelmed so all in all I am a happy customer.
Cons
- There were quite a few glitches in the beginning and because of COVID things got lost in the mix especially with install and hardware fixes.
- I struggle this the house accounts but call call anytime.
- Handheld mobys are junk. Not able to split tickets and pay off them you have to go to the main sation to do it.
