KareXpert is a cloud-based hospital management solution that helps healthcare organizations manage patients, OPD, diagnostic laboratories and billing on a centralized platform. Other features include patient feedback collection, role-based permissions, white labelling, EMR, alerts, real-time bed management and diet plan creation.

The application enables hospitals to streamline patient's admission, discharge or transfers. Physicians can manage OTs, handle approvals and schedule surgeries. Using the self-service portals, patients can book appointments, make payments, and request teleconsultation.  
Administrators can use KareXpert to monitor multiple facilities, set up billing, manage staff schedules, and inspect daily housekeeping activities. It helps finance teams manage accounts receivable and refunds, set up payouts for doctors, and process online or offline payments.
