RezStream Makes Us Run
We have used RezStream for over 8 years and find it to be a dynamic product.
PROSRezStream allows easy interface between client and consumer at every touch point.
CONSWish we could let groups make reservations more easily without all recreating the wheel everytime.
Reason for choosing rezStream
Remained with RezStream because all innovative features were covered. The others had only incidental feature advantages and frankly, Rezstream eventually adopted them all.

A Simple Hospitality System
Overall experience is great. The small occasional bug, which can also be caused by our slow internet, it is not a hinderance just a small annoyance. The support team definitely helps with the experience, without them, the experience would probably be worse.
PROSThe product is very easy to use and understand. There is plenty of information on how to use certain features, but you can always contact the support team to get help with any problem. Can be used anywhere with an internet connection (the faster speeds the better is works).
CONSAn occasional bug that has returned where sometimes our notes for the reservation do not save, causing confusion. Not being able to resize "repair" blocks without having to fully reopen the "site" just to shorten it by 1 day.

You guys changed from a "local server," for keeping data, to the cloud.

Very easy to see the check ins and outs for the day
PROSAs a Head Housekeeper it very easy to print out the work schedule for the day. Or oversee the entire map for the week. It allows me to make scheduling very easy

Awesome customer service
I cannot say enough positive things about the customer service at Rezstream. I have been working with them for quite some time now and I have always been blown away by the level of care and attention they provide. In particular, [sensitive content hidden] have been absolutely amazing. They always go above and beyond to ensure that our needs are met and that we are satisfied with their services. One thing that really stands out to me is their availability. I have had instances where I needed assistance on a Sunday and to my surprise, I was able to get in touch with someone from Rezstream. [sensitive content hidden] truly go the extra mile for their customers and it is evident in their willingness to help at any time, even outside of regular business hours. Their knowledge and expertise in the industry are also top-notch. They are always up to date with the latest trends and technologies, and their recommendations have greatly helped our business grow. Excellent Property Management System and Company
The program is very user friendly, easy to teach newbies, and we especially like the custom color coding which shows us just by looking at the calendar who is gluten free, who’s bringing a pet (one of our inns is pet friendly), who’s checking in late, etc. – a feature I did not find in any other program that I looked at. The interface of the booking calendar is very straight forward. You just click on a reservation and immediately a box pops up on the right with all of the reservation info. Notes are easily accessible, and it keeps a running history page on each guest that tells you when they stayed with you and what room or suite they stayed in. These are all features that assist us in providing our guests with excellent customer service.
PROSWe have two small hotels totaling 30 rooms and suites. I used Rezstream's software program when I started in this business 15 years ago; left them a few years later because they did not have their cloud-based system up and running yet. Have used several others and researched many since then and came back to Rezstream and so happy I did.
CONSWhen you try to print out a report the font size comes out miniscule.

innRoad program was not user friendly - required way too many clicks to do anything - I actually got wrist tendonitis installing our information into the program.

Efficient and Effective!
That it is easy to use and understand at any skill level. It is also fast and efficient, not just in actual loading speeds, but in user function as well. The online reservation system has done wonders for our occupancy and our office staff efficiency.
CONSI would like there to be a little more customization/options surrounding the POS items and room add-ons. I would also like for these items to be added in the booking process inside their own menu to complete the reservation.

Small Lodge Happy with rezStream
We are pleased with rezStream and have no plans on switching.
PROSWe are a 27 room lodge in the mountains of NC and I am the Guest Services Manager. RezStream was in place when I arrived here two years ago. It took me awhile to get the hang of it (I've never been in the hospitality industry), but now find it easy to navigate. The customer service folks are responsive and helpful.
CONSNo big cons, but then again, I do not have anything to compare rezStream to.

Easy System with GREAT customer service.
Fantastic. I have used 3 others and by far it stands out. Other sites are endless transfers to other departments or no response.

Rezstream - move from Desktop version to Cloud version
Overall, very happy with the product and the service. Follow up from tech staff is quick and efficient.
PROSRezstream Cloud is fast and easy to navigate. The functions are straight forward and comprehensive. There are many new options the old desktop version did not have. As reluctant as I was, after having used the Rezstream desktop version for 13 years, I am finding I really like the cloud version. I also like that I can access the software from all of my devices, quickly and efficiently making reservations and completing tasks from anywhere.
CONSThe only issues I have had are with the printouts of the reports. But most importantly, the occupancy map. This is a printout our entire staff uses every day. The old print was clear and easy to read. The new is not. If I could change one thing, it would be that.

Because I had used Rezstream for many years and didn't want to move. I loved the desktop version and was hesitant to move to the cloud. When the announcement was made that the desktop version would no longer be supported as of December 2022, it was time to make a decision. Immediately the answer was to stay with Rezstream and learn the new system.

RezStream takes good care of our small business
RezStream has the heart of a small business too. We feel like they're an integral part of our business, part of our team. We're very satisfied customers.
PROSOurs is a mom and pop shop. Whenever we have a question or need, we email support and get almost immediate response. (They're in Colorado, nice over the phone.)
CONSWanting to analyze past time periods, we have not found their "Reports" to work well. But our business is unique in some ways.

User friendly, safe, easy customization, making our work so much more easy and efficient!
We upgraded from Rezstream Professional to Rezstream Cloud and it's really nice! we can access it from any location as it is web based, so if I need to check something while working at home; no problem. The occupancy map is our starting point and it gives us a clear overview who is staying where; if you want to see specifics on one of your guests; just click on the booking and all information that you need is there. The colors in the occupancy map show right away the status of payments, and it's really simple to block out time frames for maintenance or other activities. And of course, all that you do in the occupancy map immediately reflects in the online booking engine, no additional steps needed. The reports section of Rezstream Cloud is great; it gives us a lot of information at any given moment. You can customize the system to best fit your business model, you can easily add and remove units, change pricing, etc. I feel the system is very user-friendly. The letter templates and scheduled email system sending out thank you notes and payment reminders take a lot of time on our hands. We are located in the Caribbean and rent private homes, Rezstream Cloud makes our lives easier to keep the overview and processes running.

Great Product
Our operations do not perfectly fit the normal format of a hospitality business. So RezStream had to be adapted to fit and that being done, it works as well as anything on the market. We are particularly grateful that their customer support team has been open to helping us get it up and running.
PROSThe software was flexible and adaptable to our operations. It is accompanied by a high level of customer support. Generally unheard of in this day and age. They actually care.
CONSNothing significant that is worthy of mentioning.

We met the regional manager and A) he knew his product B) he was more interested in addressing our needs than making the sale C) they offered fair pricing.
Reasons for switching to rezStream
They sold their business to another company and the buyer was a TOTAL jerk. Bad people!

Great cloud based platform that is only getting better!
RezStream has been with us through our entire set up & use. Quick to provide answers, help, & knowledge to better the system for us. They strive to provide the best and are constantly working to give us new features & improvements that we did even know we needed.
PROSEase of set up & use. Customer service is top notch. The company takes the time to listen to the needs of their clients and work diligently to add improvements & new features!
CONSOur only complaint is to use the credit card processing payment through this cloud based platform is to use Shift4 as gateway to merchant services account. Shift4 is not even close to the level of customer service and ease of use that RezStream customers are used to.

Our B&B has used Rezstream for 3 years now. Our experience with Rezstream has been great.
We are able to make reservations for our B&B and cottages as well as allow customers to book online. There are many automatic features that help give us more time for other responsibilities.
PROSWe like the simplicity of the Occupancy Map and the (relatively) new ability to change the rates and minimum number of nights on the fly with the Quick Rate Editor. We also like the invoicing feature, which we use for more than just the lodging. Another feature that we use a lot is the ability to send letters, such as invoices and confirmations. The automatic letters prior to arrival and after departure are excellent as they relieve us of some of the responsibility.
CONSI wish the software most more user friendly on mobile devices. We like the cloud because we can make reservations from anywhere, but going through the reservation steps on a mobile device can be difficult.

My Experience with Rezstream Cloud PMS
The best benefits to this experience with Rezstream Cloud PMS is the support behind the scenes. Whenever we request assistance, the team replies and assists in a timely manner. Which our business is time sensitive so we appreciate this feature very much.
PROSOnce you get familiar with the software you find ways to get from place to place easily. There are more security steps which I appreciate it.
CONSWith the changing of passwords frequently, I have a difficult time to save my updated passwords on my laptop as we work from home. It is not a problem on my desk top to remember my updated PW however that feature doesnʻt transfer to my lap top?

Everything you need from anywhere in the world
This product has saved me so much time, produced so many more reservations and allowed me to check for my guests anywhere that I am and prevents me from losing many reservations I used to lose when I had a PC-based dedicated desktop. It also has many automated features like the booking engine which allows guests to book on their own and initiate a confirmation to them and me. It also sends out automated emails for Arrival times, 4 days before and checks on guest stay 2 days after they leave.
PROSI can access it on my desktop, ipad, laptop, iphone and any computer in the world with a browser.
CONSGroup reservations are a little tricky for arrival times and staying in touch with individual guests.

SO I could have access to our database ANYWHERE, ANYTIME on any platform.

Loving this program
The thing I like most about this program is the ability to offer on-line booking. This has greatly increased our booking in our shoulder seasons.
CONSI would love it if I received an email when someone booked on-line, because there is not always a number in the activity icon so if I forget to go to my dashboard and look it could have been several hours ago that someone booked on-line.
Reasons for switching to rezStream
We made the switch because Lodge Vault did not have the capability to be on the cloud and I was very concerned that if something happened to my computer I would lose everything because I am not good about backing up on a flash drive.

Great software program
In our early winter season, we get more than 100 calls a day for bookings and having the system online will reduce the number of missed calls and lost customers due to their ability to book online as well.
PROSEase of use, great customer service, and I love the on going webinars.
CONSI had the old platform before it switched to the cloud and the report that was most helpful to my employees is no longer available.

The Ease of Rezstream
I was nervous at first, it looked like a lot to learn. However, after training and just playing around with the system, I’m completely at ease while using it
PROSRezstream is a simple, yet complex POS program. It is simple because it is easy to use, easy to teach others how to use it and very forgiving if someone makes a mistake. It is complex because, it does everything! Plus, it allows you to customize the program to suit your company’s needs.
CONSThe POS retail sales… It is the only challenging thing, it took a little longer to get the kinks figured out. We’ve since incorporated a code system
