  • Pros

  • Very useful to learn and great custiomer care.
  • Support teams are supportive and they are responding very quickly. They have problem solving tutorial, if face any difficulties, you can find yourself from the YouTube tutorial.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes errors occur and I can't modify them, too many clicks to do simple things, net lock is annoying, folio settlement is also to many clicks.
  • Lack of group booking functionality. No documentation provided after upgrades.

  • They are constantly updating features that make Resly unequivocally the best product on the market.
  • The product and the amazing support from the team made the decision to take on board simple and stress free.
  • Cons

  • Sort Order - this appears to be all over the shop. Pls look at display order of charges, agents, rate plans etc.
  • Needs more status colours and can't see and letters of the name for 1N bookings. Entering new Direct Bkg not efficient - Need to be able to enter no.
