Owlnest easy to use
Owlnest is good to use and low cost but use like expert software
PROSEasy access, can access from pc, laptop and also mobile phone
CONSLoading page sometimes quite slow on website. Sometimes mobile owlnest app unable to complete loading and enter page

Economicall & Functional
Very very satisfied with this software / PMS for my operation.
PROSIt gives me all necessary tools to manage the motel online .
CONSThere are no cons items that I could think of.

Usage experience can be improve more
Pro: Customer support is great, Cloudbase is stable, Room sync is great(no oversell). Cons; not enough of OTA, ease of usage, limited functions compare to other platforms

CONSEase of usage. Not convenient enough especially app version. 2ndly owlnest do nt support bulk update such as payment, check in/out. I have to do it one by one

New owner couldn't do it without OwlNest
Overall my experience has been amazing. Not only does the software function perfectly for our needs, but they have gone out of there way to encourage me to make changes that positively affect my bottom line.
PROSThere are many things that I like about using OwlNest, but as a new owner of lodging property, the customer service has been the thing I like the most. The service understands my property and the situation of my business. They gave wonderful recommendations on how I could improve the efficiency and exposure of my property and it has already been paying dividends. The day-to-day service is outstanding, as they are able to answer all of my questions and they take the time to walk me through everything until I understand how it works.
CONSThe thing that like the least about the software is that some of the menus are not easy to find.

Great software and service
It is wonderful to not have to worry about overbookings because the OTAs do not update inventory quickly enough. Even when there is a cancellation, the inventory is immediately updated. This was not the case with the more expensive software that was used for 2 months on a trial basis.
PROSImmediate response to all inquiries about implementation, ease of use with all the needed features of the more expensive softwares. Perfect for even the smallest operation, such as mine.
CONSHaving some problems with the entering amounts paid using only the screen hints.
