Super easy to use for me and my clients. Everyone has been super impressed with how easy it is to use.

Wish I could do text reminders, even at the lowest plan. Emails sometimes tend to get lost or ignored.

When a patient cancels, there is only one alert and completely disappears from the calendar without warning.

Backend interface is a bit chaotic and complicated to get used to. Mailchimp integration does not work with GDPR.

So far, it has been a great experience. AS was recommended by a business coach I'm working with, and I've been very pleased.

It has a horrible appearance and is hard to follow sometimes. Appears very unorganized and jumbled.

They got back to me when I reached out to customer service and that really made me feel like I could highly recommend this service along with the positive experience I have had using the platform.

I like that you can sell packages and my desired package has availability for 6 employees. The Stripe integration is useful and it is easy for students to schedule a lesson.

I love how easy it was to create everything I needed. Although I am only using the free version, for now, it has almost everything that I want in it and it has been amazing playing around with it.

I love that Acuity is very robust and allows you to customize responses when a client/customer books with you. I also love that integrates with Instagram and Facebook for ease of booking.

If something is changed on my system, I have to sometimes update Acuity. I had some significant problems with Microsoft that temporarily derailed  Acuity.

It has a very fresh and modern UX, i love the styling. It's a good priced product and easy to set up.

My overall experience is good with Acuity. The software helps me know that my clients are in good hands when it comes to booking with me.

Fully integrated, we use all modules including POS terminals. Easy to train new Operators on Ezee Res and POS terminals.

We had some hard time with the API and their API support team, but it seems that finally we suceeded to overcome the problems.

Ezee support team is nice and helpful 24*7. They always try to implement new things to the software as the industry require.

EZee Reservation is a brilliant tool to manage your reservations. It helps to get more customers, and makes it easier for them to book.

It was so great being part of the trainees, the training was super great and educational.

Ease of Use, feature reach, the support was really good, the process was quick, the on-boarding team specially support from team was awesome.

I don't have the access to be an admin. Its hard for me to amend and do correction due to as GST and other charges.
