Built-in pricing automation
Overall it's okay. I got what i needed. Although it's not 100% a perfect fit, but i got what i needed. They should really work on booking engine and mobile app and make the development a priority.
PROSIts dynamic pricing feature is killer. I like how i can set up pricing strategy for the whole year and automate the decisions 24/7. No need to create multiple, complicated rate plans like i used to.
CONSHowever, its booking engine needs a lot of improvement. While it should be one of essential equipment for direct booking strategy, but currently it's barely usable. I hope they work on it soon!

Not actually switching, but i'm using both. Since they do well on different features. However, Hotelrunner has better performance in term of booking engine design, integrations, mobile app, also cheaper!

CONSDomestic OTA's need to be included in the channels, not just the international OTA's. When approaching a client their first question on the Channel Manager capabilities is just that, "can we connect to the local OTA's like Nightsbridge and Siteminder.
