Pros
- Love the reports, calendar and and it's very easy to use. John has been very helpful and always there when we have a question.
- Very easy to use, I have been using bookerville for 5 years now and is a top notch software. Sensitive content hidden] is very easy to reach and has been a pleasure to work with.
- Our clients love the ease of use in checking availibility and rates when they are looking at our website "BahamaBeachHomes.com. We like the ease we can show discounts for extended stay bookings.
Cons
- First I must say that when I was searching for a booking engine there were many problems with other companies that would not work for my application. I am a Bed and Breakfast.
- I want all the power hidden behind a simple interface even an idiot can use (that being me ).
- I dreaded sending invoices every week and it took me so much time.
Pros
- Top benefits include the ease of setup, scheduling and promoting each new event. Simple registration which syncs with most email and calendar platforms and insightful and clear reports and analytics.
- Pretty easy to set up an event, good depth of features that more than covered my basic needs, some nice inbuilt featuers like automated email reminders before the event.
- Anything you need to plan can be accomplished with Eventbrite. Its easy to use and create content that you will you will be very pleased with.
Cons
- Horrible customer service. We are unable to log into our account to see who paid for the event.
- They have refused to renegotiate the contract but also refuse to release funds so we can pull off our event.
- It was confusing for my users to use the system from their end. It was common for people to register wrong.
