Pros
- Love the reports, calendar and and it's very easy to use. John has been very helpful and always there when we have a question.
- Very easy to use, I have been using bookerville for 5 years now and is a top notch software. Sensitive content hidden] is very easy to reach and has been a pleasure to work with.
- Our clients love the ease of use in checking availibility and rates when they are looking at our website "BahamaBeachHomes.com. We like the ease we can show discounts for extended stay bookings.
Cons
- First I must say that when I was searching for a booking engine there were many problems with other companies that would not work for my application. I am a Bed and Breakfast.
- I want all the power hidden behind a simple interface even an idiot can use (that being me ).
- I dreaded sending invoices every week and it took me so much time.
Pros
- The setup was easy the support is great, and the daily use and reporting are great for me. It was just what I was looking for, and the price works really well for me.
- Good Channel Manager to have an overview over your AirBNB Bookings and other channels. Good to automate and have processes in place for your rental and partners (like cleaners).
- Its been excellent and I can see how it will be very important to save me time and effort going forward. Customer support has been very clear and quick responding.
Cons
- The software is buggy in unimportant places, there are quite a few dead links.
- I am losing patience and currently shopping for another service.
- Inability to create a custom auto-reply to an initial inquiry on VRBO (but I have been told they are working on it).
