Pros
- Love the reports, calendar and and it's very easy to use. John has been very helpful and always there when we have a question.
- Very easy to use, I have been using bookerville for 5 years now and is a top notch software. Sensitive content hidden] is very easy to reach and has been a pleasure to work with.
- Our clients love the ease of use in checking availibility and rates when they are looking at our website "BahamaBeachHomes.com. We like the ease we can show discounts for extended stay bookings.
Cons
- First I must say that when I was searching for a booking engine there were many problems with other companies that would not work for my application. I am a Bed and Breakfast.
- I want all the power hidden behind a simple interface even an idiot can use (that being me ).
- I dreaded sending invoices every week and it took me so much time.
Pros
- I was very happy with the on boarding process of Lodgify, they took me through the setting up of the system, very methodically, and ensure that the channel managers were linked up and working.
- Since the beginning, while having a trial version, they won me over with their courteous, polite, professional, wonderful customer service.
- The onboarding process was very professional and responsive. I was given tons of information in a short time, but the person helping me was nice and efficient.
Cons
- The builder is very broken, slow, and does not work fluently like you would expect. Again, customer service has been the worst I have experienced with any company.
- Wouldn't Lodgify want to correct such a misunderstanding. I am extremely displeased and unimpressed by Lodgify's approach to customer service.
- I can use ignorance but I have no use for arrogance.
