  • Pros

  • In my less than 6 months of experience with BS, I can confidently say that it has been a fantastic and user-friendly application.
  • Never had a worry--Brightside has outstanding uptime. Great customer service--the team listens to your concerns and helps you find solutions or answers.
  • I love the fact that we can customize it for the way we need it to work best for the front desk and our guests.
  • Cons

  • If there is anything I disliked about the software it was because of my own lack of understanding.
  • Inability to differentiate between discount periods.
  • To be honest I can't think of anything that stands out. Most of the problems in the software are operator error.

  • Great experience so far, thanks to:- An excellent customer support- Constant innovations - Incredibly helpful webinars - Tons of user guides to setup listings across all channels.
  • Hostaway has the best customer service I have experienced in any software. They always answer of the phone and generally have the solution to help and resolve on the phone.
  • I like the clean visuals Hostaway has to begin with, I have found the onboarding process to be super supportive. I'm so happy with everything that I know I made the right decision for my new business.
  • Cons

  • Horrible customer support and very difficult to use. And if you do use it you will have a very difficult time getting rid of it.
  • I'm trying to look up last years revenue for taxes and it will only show me until last april so I am missing 3 months.
  • Not accurate "earnings section" lack of precise currency exchange and missing externals fee like cleanings.
