Excellent company with easy to use booking system
A very friendly and competent company with a product I would recommend to any hospitality/hotel company
PROSThere ability to teach and use the system they provide which can be adapted for different products and services and the excellent customer service
CONSThere is nothing negative to say regarding Caterbooks especially when the mobile service comes out.

Love Caterbook
Our overall experience with Caterbook has been a great one. Haven’t had any real problems and any small issues I’ve had, are always resolved by calling the customer service phone number. Excellent service all round!
PROSThe customer service is excellent. Unlike other providers, you can call a UK number (Monday to Friday)and speak to the same operatives time and time again, who are extremely pleasant, efficient and helpful. Even at weekends if you have a problem, you can call and leave your number and they always call you back promptly. The initial setup was made so easy, and [sensitive content hidden] did everything she could to make it an easy transition from our last channel manager.
CONSIt’s not 100% useable on mobile phones so we’ve had to buy an iPad with data roaming which we take with us when out of the office.

If you didn’t know how do do something or there was an error you had an extremely long winded email process to go though and problems took days not minutes to resolve.

Great all round software for hotel management
Caterbook is overall easy to use and great for reception teams. The support service is superb with minimal wait times for assistance and queries.
CONSNothing in particular. As with all software it has its niggles, but nothing that effects day to day operation.

Caterbook is great value
Weve used caterbook for 7yrs and super happy with it. Great knowledgeable support team. They are also open to changevrequests or additions to system abilities.

Perfect for our needs
The ease of making a booking plus the calender is good on an Ipad . I also love the facility to increase the percentage pricing of OTA`s over your own website prices
CONSI`m not a big fan of their booking portal which the customer sees on our website , not particularly user friendly to other systems i`ve seen
