Whenever we have had had call to contact customer support they have been incredibly helpful and patient (especially for those of us who are not as tech savvy as others! ) The reports make comparing year on year differences simple. Overall Caterbook has been great for us as a business. Cons: We wish there was a linked table management and PLU system as integration of all 3 would be a massive help to us.
