Pros/Cons
Pros
- He patiently walked through all the steps with my Team. I finally feel like we are in a good place with a good vacation rental software system.
- This is a great system to track all of the Properties that your company manages. It is fairly user friendly and easy to sift through for what ever information you are looking for.
- The concept of the whole program that Ciirus has come up with is great, and they have a lot of good ideas on the platform.
Cons
- I honestly struggle to think of things I dislike about the software.
- The system is clunky, old and cumbersome. Be warned there is no app.
- NIGHTMARE!!! Worst Software and Service in the Industry.
Pros
- RDPWin has been very pleasant, it is a user friendly product- which can improve business performance and with the right time spent with the customer service- can improve efficiency.
- The product is very good, and there is flexibility if you have ideas of your own to improve the product for your own company.
- I liked the way the interface looks, it's very appealing. It's easily navigated and has a pleasant layout.
Cons
- I also hate how not user-friendly it is. It is not an intuitive software.
- No real 24 hr support without fees. Cant even upload a support ticket on the weekends or overnight which is kinda ridiculous.
- We have tried some demo versions of other software but there was always something missing that we got with RDP so we have been sticking with it.
