Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Can text-message filipino worked through app, even on free mode. Messaging/chat options are way better than other messaging apps.
  • This makes it simple to do no matter where you are located in our various warehouses. Tracking time spent on specific jobs helps us to make better decisions when evaluating the cost of production.
  • Cons

  • The only thing I can say is that we have noticed a slight delay in notifications. By slight, I mean a minute or so sometimes.
  • The inability to synchronize with a personal calendar is a fatal flaw, and seemingly not something that would require reinventing the wheel.

  • It is easy to use, the customer service is great. They respond very quickly and all the team, specially the Munich team has been awesome.
  • Once I had had all the information added to the program, I made some test reservations and it was really easy to use and could ask all the information that I needed to make a reservation.
  • Cons

  • But this is rather the problem of the activity provider and not trekksoft and this is not a major issue. Further I dislike that tours have to be entered always in all choosen language.
  • What I mean by that is that the person complaining doesn't seem to be learning enough about the system to understand it but rather just complaining that things don't work.
