  • Pros

  • Staah is the product which i'm using since past 4 years, Their is 0.01 second down-time. Infact many a times Staah helps its partners in term on any issues or down-time from 3rd Party side.

  • Easy to configure. Easy to change content. Great customer services. Nice looking UI. Mobile Friendly. Many choice of theme.

  • Cons

  • If you have to many code or promotion it will be a bit difficult to update because you need to select 1 by 1

  • Little long time and details for account set up.Some times the translation is not sufficient and complete

  • Pros

  • This software is easy to use. Live support team is very helpful, especially Rep helped us lot and made work easy.

  • easy to use, more effective and can customize. especially I think the support team is very much effective to use eZee cause their cordially assistance inspired us to use eZee application.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes it can be a bit harder to learn than other software, because of the features. BUT, I still prefer this over a simpler software which would prevent my hotel from being professional.

  • Random crashes/error reports, but rare. Certain reports are not 100%, however the support team does a good job of rectifying any issues that may arise.
