Blocked Inventory doesn't get released when the online booking (especially Booking.com bookings) gets cancelled.

Reports available are very limited for me as a revenue manager to make a decision based on the data available.

As a Customer - my recommendations would be not to use this software as it would cause both economic losses and double booking - guest inconvenience, arguments with guest.

Server issue/ down time causing major auto occupancy & tariff issues, resulting revenue loss for the property. Slag in Follow up / sorting issues.

Their grievance redressal system is pathetic, almost non existent. They are hiding the huge flaws in the software.
