The product was easy to use and was priced very competitively through the Canadian Bnb association. It worked seamlessly with my own website.

However the reservation system is very good and provides a booking facility from my own website at an affordable price.

Moon Dance is very pleased with the overall functionality and ease of use. We are also impressed that there seems to be a proven commitment to upgrades, added features and a new mobile app.

It was a little difficult to navigate initially.

Overall, once the transition was done, it has been a pleasure to work with the Eviivo suite. I have found great assistance from the support team members that I have worked with to fix issues.

I am now very satisfied with it and enjoy using it. Whenever I am stumped on how to do something, there is always someone on the help desk that sets me straight.

Advisors always contact you again to ensure you are happy which we appreciate.

It was a very difficult start. Training was non-existing other than some videos old and outdated with horrible audio.

Overall, we have enjoyed using Eviivo and have shunned many similar companies looking to entice us away. What Eviivo offers is at least equal to other providers and often more at a similar price.

General pretty good and the help with the webinars through lockdown have been great the ones we have managed to join.

I complained but NO ONE ever replied to my emails. They pretend listening to you, when you phone their.

Sometimes we have issues with the integration to our merchant account, when we enter the same info into Eviivo it fails, but when we enter it into the merchant account directly it works.

Generally easy to use, can be a bit cumbersome trying to fine tune things but good customer support.

Some times it becomes this software makes it difficult to change the price of a room when you book it.

Then, wrong rates were posted for a period, and until a correction could be made, we lost another $450.

Amazing booking engine with larger pictures. Great interface with all the major platforms.

So much so that we are no longer with Expedia. Expedia repeatedly blamed eviivo and eviivo blamed Expedia.

The booking system was so useful for every aspect of running and promoting our business. It was easy to use and any updates were smoothly integrated.

What i like most is the outstanding customer service and the chat help where nothing is too much trouble. The automated emails are ace too.

The team works together to resolve our issues. Their accessibility helps resolve issues quickly.

It is wonderful to only deal with one provider in order to have a presence on every website that matters in the hospitality business.

Our properties are actively losing revenue every day this continues.

Used to be difficult to remove OTA reservations that changed or cancelled, they have since made it easier to contact them for removal.

Now I feel very comfortable with the program. There are many reports and areas that I am still not familiar with, but overall I am pleased with Eviivo.

Eviivo was so easy to integrate with our practices and it changed the way we work for the better.

You are on your own and if it goes down for no reason. No one around to answer your phone calls or emails.

The system appeared to be very much like Rezovation, which we found to be an excellent system.

Quickbooks online  integration for payment processing and accounting. They are also very open and welcomed my feedback and enhancement requests/suggestions.

Over all we are pleased with Eviivo. The more we play around with settings and features, the more we have been able to refine things to our needs.

At first I had to use the chat option which I found very difficult. The directions for set up were hard for me to understand.

The problem is chat support does not have the authority to fix anything.

It is quite user friendly than expected. The customer support is incredible.

Customer service was the best that I have ever experienced. All in all I feel that innRoads is a great product.

That it is easy to use, like that they can see what I’m trying to do and help me threw the computer.

Robust system that allows integrations with other sources such as expedia, airbnb etc.

I chose innRoad because it seemed easy to use with lots of features and they offered customer service via telephone.

Lost 27 years of guest history. Lost all my gift certificates.

NOT CONDUCIVE IN CALENDAR MANAGEMENT  =  MONEY LOST. Setting minimus difficult, if you decide to release those minimums at a given date, it is VERY cumbersome.

They also had my website so screwed up, there were no links, no descriptions, no way to book and they had all the control over the site along with my booking partners Expedia and Booking.com.

It is super easy to use and the support team is amazing when things occasionally do get confusing.

Innroad also has great reporting forms for forecasting, etc. I would highly recommend this software for any hotel.

We love that we were able to jump in and actually do business right out of the gate without a long and intensive training period.

My favorite thing about InnRoad is the easy set up and the ease of use. Training the staff was very easy and recently, they have added new features which have made InnRoad even more advanced.

I like that if I want to make changes to the initial set up it is very user friendly for me to make changes myself. The visual is excellent to see the status of our hotel at a glance.

My season is only 4 months long, and by the time I realized I was losing business, the season was nearly over and there is no way for me to recoup what I have lost in potential sales for this year.

I have not used the software long enough to make a complete evaluation, but so far, so good. I am looking forward to a great 2021 season with innRoad.

It's like having great car insurance, price is irrelevant if excellent support is available when you need it.

Since the last update it is very confusing and difficult to use. It’s unclear and overly complicated.

You have to be a rocket scientist to check out a guest. Once on a future date there is no simple way to return to today’s date.

Somehow a little hard to use. Sometime glitches make system log out without any warning and one can loose work.
