Pros
- Their great platform - and excellent eviivo workers - Like superior eviivo workers [sensitive content hidden.
- I am now very satisfied with it and enjoy using it. Whenever I am stumped on how to do something, there is always someone on the help desk that sets me straight.
- Being very new to this type of software, we were very pleased with how easily we picked it up, with the help of their excellent customer service team.
Cons
- So much so that we are no longer with Expedia. Expedia repeatedly blamed eviivo and eviivo blamed Expedia.
- Then, wrong rates were posted for a period, and until a correction could be made, we lost another $450.
- I complained but NO ONE ever replied to my emails. They pretend listening to you, when you phone their.
Pros
- Resnexus support it awesome and they really care. Love the visual grid and the ability to make fractional bookings.
- I have grown to really appreciate their dedication to making the system better and better.
- Hopefully things have changed at ResNexus, it has been 7-8 years since I used them. They were recommended by another small bnb who was happy with them.
Cons
- Whenever I have contacted Resnexus with a problem , first they always blame the platform.
- In regards to the reservation system, it is a bit annoying that when I mark a checked-out, it does not take me back to the grid.
- Resnexus is not able to make out correct guest invoices. I have my charges fixed, the same for each platform.
