eZee Absolute from eZee Technosys is a cloud-based solution designed to help hotels of different sizes and types in handling their day-to-day operations. The solution has a property management system with multi-property support, allowing hoteliers to manage the reservations and online distribution of various properties using a single login. eZee Absolute can be used by accommodation providers like independent hotels, serviced apartments, hostels, chain of hotels, resorts, bed and breakfast and guesthouses.

eZee Absolute provides features like front office operations, guest self-service, group management, profile management, rate and revenue management, yield management, housekeeping, analytics and reporting, hotel PMS app and more.

eZee Absolute is integrated with a hotel channel manager that automatically updates hotels’ inventory and rates on travel websites and restaurant POS called eZee BurrP! as well as eZee Optimus to manage transactions in hotel restaurants, bars, cafes and room service. The solution also integrates with eZee Reservation online booking engine, letting hotels manage their inventory and bookings from their hotel website.

Has to go a long way

I have been using Ezee products for more than a year and generally I am happy with most features . But operational efficiency has been a challenge because of the issues I have listed in cons. I have contacted the senior people in the company about issues a few times but its not been resolved till now.

Pros

Customer service is good. The online support (chat) is quick and almost instant. The team is generally able to resolve issues on chat instantly.

The software itself is robust .

There are a lot of reports which make management decisions easy.

A lot of easy tutorials and training materials available to train new staff quickly.

Cons

Many common features which are available in other PMSs are still not available in Ezee absolute. For me the big ticket items that's making operations very difficult are

1.No way to manage carpark in the system, we are using excel to manage carpark bookings.

2. The interface with Financial Accounting software (Xero) is a half baked and unstable product. It takes hours for my accountant(who is xero certified) to reconcile the data.


3. Integration with SMS gateway is no where near "usable" . For last one year we are reporting the issues but we are still not able to start using it. The development team is still testing the product.


4. The ezee website have been advertising that two way Airbnb Integration is ready to use for a couple of months. But unfortunately the interface is nowhere near ready yet. The team doesn't have a date yet for the product to be released. As of today, I have been informed that they are at least 4 weeks away, whereas siteminder and others have been ready to use from last few months.

Ezee the name speaks the output

The way it is build it can be thought to anyone within hours of normal practice. The menus are quite rich and as per required industry standard.

Pros

simplicity of the workflow really defined in a very clear and polite way

Cons

some bugs which come up and are still persisting, the auto screen resolution and display adaptation is not up to the mark

Ezee Amazing how we could survive without it!

I am still amazed how easy it is to use and how much time we gained with it. Not to mention how much more revenue we generated with it! I am very glad that the easy team keeps developing its product!

Pros

We are a small hotel and use Ezee 2 years now, it is very easy to use and the Distribution system makes it all worth while. It is easy to use for all receptionist. And if you have an issue you just contact the help desk and they will help out right away.

Cons

If there is anything to say, I would like to improve the group module mostly concerning invoicing. To be able to generate just one invoice number for a group would be easier for our administration and the clients or agents.

eZee Absolute Review - one of the best PMS!

Pros

What I like the most is that the system is 99% complete and 100% flexible. Almost everything that we have is already in the system. The system is user friendly and all reports can be extracted to different formats. But aside from the system, I really love their customer service. ezee representatives are always available to help us whenever we have concerns/inquiries. Thumbs up to the live support team. :-)

Cons

There were just several reports which we need but are not yet available. But overall, the system is great!

Pros

Everything you need to run hotels is here. We manage vacation rental apartments, and their system works perfectly. Especially support service is amazingly helpful. Esp, Sales rep in Japan from live support team is truly passionated and experienced. Also we love their attitude to try out new things listing to our needs.

Cons

If we can use multi-lingual option internally not changing the account, that would be helpful. But this is minor.

Pros

I like they have chat support and helped me today was awesome.
It has many useful functions
And good analytics which is super important for revenue management tasks. Having basic metrics as soon as you log in, on the dashboard is great.

Cons

I have to say is not super user-friendly because with other systems you normally can do everything intuitively on your own.

quite easy to get adapt to the system, user friendly. live support is quick and responsive thanks to Mr. Sagar. working on the cellphone apps, moving forward since 2years ago when i 1st started

too many limitation, many function is not practical, and too many updates within days, should accumulate the system update and do it once a months or more.

I am relative new to the system and am in a learning phase. I love that it is cloud base.

Pros

That I can log into the system and have full access. That the system is web based / cloud bases which means I can log in from everywhere!

Cons

There are a couple of negatives. You have to learn and remember how to navigate the site. Also we were promised a seamless integration with airbnb and that was not true. Rates don't upload immediately. I believe this problem will be resolve from 1 August 2018?????
Also we request a report that show all booking details for a guest including when payment was received, etc. It is months later and we are still waiting.

Excellent software. it is very customer-centric. I like it very much!

Pros

The Reservation list, Group Booking, Folio Management, Invoice, Stay View interface, Housekeeping, Maintenance, eZee Centrix, and eZee Reservation.

Cons

The eZee Absolute hotel app sometime slow and lag especially the notification page. Furthermore, it doesn't have the feature of making a reservation.

its a very good PMS system, technical support very good

This PMS is very efficient and makes my work more easier, I can have the best view of the Rooms and the Guest in the Room View Option as well as Stay View. I like the Night Audit Feature. And I can do the operations from one place such as void, cancel, amend stay, room move, settle folio, checkin, checkout etc.. I just love this PMS

its friendly use.. easy to manage it . It works absolutely fine and much faster than any other cloud based PMS.

Cons

Manage the Bookings on One Screen. Very easy to do the Operations and have the best features. I like it.

Easy to use and Saves Time as well

We are using the eZee Front Office software since last two years and found it very simple to understand for every one . The Software is great but the best part is the Operation support provided by the team.

Pros

The bookings engine front end and back end is great. The new UI is great for the Analytics. The functions and few features are great if we compare it to the pricing. Support provided by the Support guys are best in class so overall its an awesome combo.

Cons

The booking reports need to be improved. Also when the report is exported to excel the format is not very great to play with the data.

eZee & team (Parth Bharta) provide a great support along our business despite the new challenges!

Pros

Most of it a quite useful, managing the rates and inventory all at once. Frontdesk, centric are easy to use, checking reports and monitoring our daily operation easily.

Cons

some features are not to our requirement - such as getting individual report of each room unit. That plays an important role in our business - vacation rental management, where we report to each individual owners of the property units.
Managing some changes of settings would be great if all properties can be done at once.
