eZee FrontDesk is an on-premise hotel management solution that caters to hotels, motels, resorts, vacation rentals and more. It offers a range of integrated modules, which includes tools for front and back office management, group booking, housekeeping, banquet, minibar and guest relationship management. The hotel system helps manage hotel operations such as creating guest profiles, managing room inventory, group check-in and check-out, tracking cancellation or no show, night audits and more.

eZee FrontDesk can be integrated with eZee's online booking engine and channel manager as well as other third-party booking engines and channel managers, that helps hoteliers receive bookings from their websites and other online booking sources like OTAs, GDS and more.

The hotel solution also integrates with the restaurant point of sale solution, to manage in-house restaurant operations and room service orders. eZee FrontDesk comes with mobile apps for reports as well as minibars and housekeeping.

Ezee was what we needed at the time when we first converted from paper and pencil. As software has developed for Hotels/Hostels Ezee has kept adding features but loosing out to products that are far less to operate.

Pros

It performs a lot of functions and I like the way it organized some things

Cons

Customer support was very difficult to work with and provided few, if any solutions.
Finding the report you wanted to run was difficult because their is so many reports to run.
If you needed to perform two different functions at the same time you could not, only one at a time.
