Frontdesk Master directly connects with third-party booking platforms like Hostelworld, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb and Booking.com. The Booking Engine allows users to create online room pages with customizable and multilingual room descriptions, booking terms and photo galleries. Bookings made through any channel or source are directly updated into a single calendar. An automated email is sent to both guests and admin upon booking and payment confirmations.
Additional features include multiple rate management, channel assessments, email customization, live chat between guest and reception and Google Maps integration. Pricing is based on the number of current reservations.

Sometimes the system gets slow to respond some functions.
Entering a new reservation, switching bed, the system gets slow and we need to re-lead the page which sometimes helps and other time it stays the same.

The support is very fast. There are a lot of useful tools for us. They are working on new tools constantly.
Some things are slow sometimes. The software updates aren't taking place at the best times, but I guess it has a reason.

The software has been developed by hostel owners for hostels and other accommodation providers. The development team is constantly updating and improving the product. Customer support is second to none. Some of the newest developments being rolled out shortly are integration with card payment providers and a passport/ID reader. There is so much functionality and customisation available.
