All software programs can have glitches and FDA is no exception.

We've made our choice after trying several alternatives and FDA was the best option. The ease of use is very important and reduces the training time for new recruits and the possibility of mistakes.

Recently, we are thrilled with reputation tab which allows us to track all online reviews and see our current rating.

FDA is good for a property of our size. Cost is reasonable and serves its purpose.

Easy to use and has a lot of features and integrations that more expensive PMS systems do not have.

Love that I am able to access this software from anywhere.

I also like how easy it is to learn, this will be very helpful when training as that will take up most of your time.

The availability of using it from your PC, phone, and tablet is a big help to user.

Features are extensive; reports will give you everything you are looking for and then some. FDA seamlessly and easily integrates with other booking platforms.

Frontdesk Anywhere Support Team is the best. They have been there since I started my position in September of 2017.

3rd party software integration will allow this to be done, but including it in the package would make the system even stronger.

Overall, Frontdesk Anywhere has been a huge asset to the daily runnings of the business and I couldn't ask for a better program or team.

The ease of use and customer support is the best features of this software.

Complicated of name of the report which are difference from others so sometime it difficult for new staff.

It's very simple and intuitive to use. The reservation layout is easy to read and I like the ability to quickly look at reservations for a few days ahead or up to a month in advance.

I love that FDA is easy to use, and that I can make modifications to many things that I need to modify (plus can get in the backend and modify HTML, etc).

The details in reports are adjustable, which is quite rare among some could based PMS. Customer service is very good.

Would like features for analytics to be expanded but understand that is costly too. The savings we get versus other software is enough to offset that inconvenience.

Frontdesk Anywhere is an awesome software for Hospitality.

I think they're making an effort to combat this on email support at least. I haven't tried to call in a long while because of my frustration around availability.

Only 1 rate per type instead of making rates by length of stay. Big loss in revenue capabilities for everyone.

Limited Interface, Distant Support, No Follow-up.

Mapping rooms can be quite confusing. Have found this quite time consuming.

I will refer that to product development' - which has no answer or time scale to the problem and apparently zero guarantee of it being changed.

Please the CC is available when we have any problem and it would be great if you have official office in Bali.

Easy to use and connect with all channel distributions we want.

It love the versatility the Channel Manager has. Very easy to set up new room types, connect to new channels, and creating rates amongst other things.

Horrible- I would not wish this service for anyone.

It is reliable which is of great importance to any business.

The front desk is impressive if you had a small hotel.

It displays the lowest starting price rather than the cost you are about to pay, it then displays the cost on the next step in tiny font which is very misleading.

Siteminder awesome , be better and good service to integrated the system in the future.

Connection to some channels might be a bit difficult but this is due to the channels and not Siteminder.

Tons of integrations, at a pretty much fixed price.

The bookings were flawless. The staff helped me through changes quickly and easily.

The invoicing just doesn't work. The only option if you take a deposit is 'pay at property.

The customer support is bad. They take more than 24 hours to give an answer, which is a long time when you're dealing with reservations.

The thing I like most about SiteMinder is its functionality, we have live connectivity to a wide number of OTAs and it has reduced workloads and increased revenue.

It logs out very fast, so sometimes you have to fill out the same information twice, which is annoying. It doesn´t registrate allways cancelled reservations.

Overall, I find the system somewhat confusing, however the support team assist as best they can.

SiteMinder is a very good product and is nice and simple to use. Their support staff are always helpful whenever I call them.

The website templates are also great, ease to use and fast. Its a tool that does what is meant to, helps you save time and helps you sell more.

If TheBookingButton could integrated in same windows with our website that would be great.

This product is good to use but I found other products, such as Myallocator, are easier to use.

The system is easy to manage when you would like change rates, update inventory.

I work with many hotels, and having a tech solution that helps me save time and save money to the hotel is a must.

Lack of feature for membership, confirmation and unable to repush failed sync reservations.

It is so easy to setup; from adding a new channel to the mapping process. Rates can easily be configured for specific room types and channels, unlike others which are not so flexible.

The flat fee makes it easy to budget and not have to analyze/verify/reconcile every month.

No meaningful reports for revenue, Mobile app on Android was useless, had to use the browser version.

It is a good toll in our case to integrate between our PMS system and the OTAS that we work with such as Expedia and Booking.com.

It's super clear and transparent. Interface is fairly easy to use.

The revenue managers all find the system very user friendly and the Siteminder team a pleasure to deal with.

The Bookingbutton from Siteminder is the worst we have come accross.

Since we do not depend a lot on the online reservations (we do more contract and group business), the low flat price is good for us.

Easy to manage the room inventory and rates in one platform, and the integration with PMS is efficient, smooth.

SiteMinder was able to promote our listings on sites that require a partnership to do so and on this merit they did a good job.

Support and personnel are unresponsive to client suggestions when problems or difficulties encountered. Simple questions often take days for response.

Customer Support is the worst I've ever experienced. I've had people from the support team being very rude and impatient on the phone.

Offers connection with all OTAs important to us (and works on connecting with new ones). Once they helped to establish connection with an OTA, which besides gave me a discount on their commissions.
