They are great to work with and have continued to provide a software that is effective and easy to use for our customers. Guest Suites is also pro-active when it comes to making improvements and releasing new features. One of the things I like most about the company is if you have a question they are always very quick to pick up the phone or respond to your email. Cons: It would be great if Guest Suites could push min. night stay requirements to the Availability Online booking engine. But this is a feature that would only be used by a small portion of Guest Suite's users.
