Guest Tracker by TCS Hotel Software is a cloud-based and on-premise property management solution for hotels, resorts, hospitality and lodging companies. Primary features include billing management, reservation management, online booking and reporting.

Other features include housekeeping, core accounting and guest relationship management. The reservation feature provides single step reservation, package rates, email confirmations, group reservations and deposit management. The online booking engine allows guests to view availability calendar and takes their bookings.

The reporting feature provides occupancy reports, revenue forecasts, campsite status and charts and travel agent commissions. Guest Tracker offers integration with Quickbooks.

It is offered in a one-time payment option. It is compatible with Windows 7,8 and 10. It also offers a mobile compatible application. Support is offered via email and over the phone. Other help options are FAQs and PDF resources.

Pros

We've used this software on and off. Does it's job, it can be installed on-premise or deployed over a secure Internet connection.

Cons

The only cons I can think of is the overall appearance of the software, it could use a makeover or update.

What a GREAT system Guest Tracker is to track your guests from start to finish. People do not realize until you sit behind the desk of a reservationist, just how much work is involved. Having one system that can be utilized for the reservation(s), the security deposit, the payments, the linens, the dockage and other very important items connected to the guests stay is the best.
I cannot speak highly enough for the sales and support team that Guest Tracker has also. They are there when you need them!
