It is quite user friendly than expected. The customer support is incredible.

Customer service was the best that I have ever experienced. All in all I feel that innRoads is a great product.

NOT CONDUCIVE IN CALENDAR MANAGEMENT  =  MONEY LOST. Setting minimus difficult, if you decide to release those minimums at a given date, it is VERY cumbersome.

They also had my website so screwed up, there were no links, no descriptions, no way to book and they had all the control over the site along with my booking partners Expedia and Booking.com.

It is super easy to use and the support team is amazing when things occasionally do get confusing.

Innroad also has great reporting forms for forecasting, etc. I would highly recommend this software for any hotel.

We love that we were able to jump in and actually do business right out of the gate without a long and intensive training period.

My favorite thing about InnRoad is the easy set up and the ease of use. Training the staff was very easy and recently, they have added new features which have made InnRoad even more advanced.

I like that if I want to make changes to the initial set up it is very user friendly for me to make changes myself. The visual is excellent to see the status of our hotel at a glance.

My season is only 4 months long, and by the time I realized I was losing business, the season was nearly over and there is no way for me to recoup what I have lost in potential sales for this year.

I have not used the software long enough to make a complete evaluation, but so far, so good. I am looking forward to a great 2021 season with innRoad.

It's like having great car insurance, price is irrelevant if excellent support is available when you need it.

Since the last update it is very confusing and difficult to use. It’s unclear and overly complicated.

You have to be a rocket scientist to check out a guest. Once on a future date there is no simple way to return to today’s date.

Somehow a little hard to use. Sometime glitches make system log out without any warning and one can loose work.

Initially the way the software handled group bookings of multiple rooms wasn't very intuitive, but they have improved that greatly.

InnRoad was able to effectively improve small lodging operations and their reservation systems are astounding.

It is pretty easy once you learn how to use it, when you have never used it before. And the help desk is really good about helping you.

The software works as promoted with many options to fit clients needs. What I am most impressed is the level of support we receive and the speed in which we receive support.

Naming conventions are misleading. Navigation can be cumbersome and thee online help feature is too vague.

I have recently taken over my role and received no interaction with my predecessor nor any reference materials regarding the software.

I am very satisfied with this software and I would recommend this to anyone.

Great product for a larger type hotel. There are not many things I do like about this product.

We had a Maestro trainer, come down this month to retrain the department. He was phenomenal and I am excited to gain more and more expertise with Maestro over time.

Connectivity to other programs. We have had a very difficult time finding a CRM that has two-way communication with Maestro.

Customer service and tech support is top notch.

Very difficult to use and train to use. Maybe we had an old version but it seemed impossible.

For the most part Maestro is a great program and hasn't let us down. I love all the different avenues you can take to find existing, and checked out reservations.

Gneral reports and the transaction reports are extremely powerful and helps to understand the metrics. Customer service is quite professional and they are quick to solve the cases.

What I liked most was that it is quick and easy to access a lot of information (guest, company, or group info or history / room availability and pricing / accounting and sales figures).

Unfortunately, we are still waiting on Tax reporting for our 1099's / 1042s annual tax reporting. Being in the US, we require both.

Maestro PMs is a great property management software with a good customer service. For me the reports the software provides is understandable and beneficial.

The product is great and easy to use once you have had training on it. The vendor is amazing and the support has been excellent.

I am used to operating many windows at once. This system is very stubborn you cannot even easily escape a rating query without making a reservation.

I'll have to admit that in 9 years working in hotels that I've only used 2 PMS programs.
