  • Pros

  • I like that if I want to make changes to the initial set up it is very user friendly for me to make changes myself. The visual is excellent to see the status of our hotel at a glance.
  • Ease of use and excellent training support helps users get up and running quickly. Competitive pricing helps small properties remain profitable.
  • We love the system and we love InnRoad. As the person who worked one-on-one with the InnRoad implementation team, I was greatly impressed with their professionalism and teamwork.
  • Cons

  • My season is only 4 months long, and by the time I realized I was losing business, the season was nearly over and there is no way for me to recoup what I have lost in potential sales for this year.
  • They also had my website so screwed up, there were no links, no descriptions, no way to book and they had all the control over the site along with my booking partners Expedia and Booking.com.
  • NOT CONDUCIVE IN CALENDAR MANAGEMENT = MONEY LOST. Setting minimus difficult, if you decide to release those minimums at a given date, it is VERY cumbersome.

  • SiteMinder is a very good product and is nice and simple to use. Their support staff are always helpful whenever I call them.
  • The website templates are also great, ease to use and fast. Its a tool that does what is meant to, helps you save time and helps you sell more.
  • The support for new set-ups is amazing and couldn't be better. From the technical part like developments and features we would be happy for some update of what is in the making.
  • Cons

  • It displays the lowest starting price rather than the cost you are about to pay, it then displays the cost on the next step in tiny font which is very misleading.
  • Lack of feature for membership, confirmation and unable to repush failed sync reservations.
  • Customer Support is the worst I've ever experienced. I've had people from the support team being very rude and impatient on the phone.
