Easily An Industry Best Of

Ease of use, increased revenues, decreased training costs, better reporting, quicker check-in and check-out, highly efficient rate and revenue management tools.

PROS

East of use and support are incredible. We used 2 different PMS solutions before moving to Logical. The ease of use with Logical is light years ahead of other systems learning curves. I could train front desk staff who had never worked in hotels before to use this software in a fraction of the time it took me with experienced staff and other systems. My direct cost and time involved in on boarding new employees dropped significantly. This software has all the features you need whether you are a small boutique property or a mid-size full service property. The rate variability feature allows you to save loads of time with Rate and Revenue management as it quickly allows you to create rates from base + or - and define applicable date ranges and segments. The technical support is incredible and highly responsive.

Best Customer Service in the business!!

Call them and they are right there willing to help! The product itself is organized and user friendly but the reason I will always use them is because when I call the call is answered immediately by a friendly human ready to fix a problem or answer my question quickly. All the staff is great and knowledgeable on the latest products!

The Lodgical team is like family

The revenue management aspect of the software is unparalleled. The rate classes are so easily customizable. you can set yield benchmarks, or easily create new room types, rate classes, rate increases/decreases, and the chart function makes it so easy for me to play Tetris and maximize my occupancy.

PROS

I have used a lengthy list of other PMS products in my 20 years managing hotels. Lodgical is by far the easiest to use and figure out. It is so well laid out and logical. Great reports functions, customizable, quick learning curve, and cloud based, it is the best PMS software I have ever come across. The best feature of the software is not actually the software; it is the customer support. I have never called customer support for another company and gotten a live human on the phone. They pick up the phone and greet me by name and answer my question on the spot, every single time. No open tech tickets, no call backs, no waiting. They are so friendly, so knowledgeable of their product, and their executive team even calls me and visits me from time to time to get my ideas for how to build onto the product to make it a better to for me and my team.

CONS

Anything that I ever need or ask for, they build it for me. If there is a report that I need to nuke, they nuke it and update the software sometimes in the same day. They are so friendly and so helpful!

Reasons for switching to Lodgical Solution

Terrible tech support with Opera. I think I still have a dozen open tech support tickets with them still from 3 years ago.
