  • Pros

  • Data director is the most amazing feature with seamless functionality. It works really great in data replication.
  • The loyalty program is of the best loyalty program I've seen also the retail item setup is very good and the attributes is really good for reporting.
  • Implementation phase is very good & simple for any beginner. POS is very clear concept for anyone & the most important thing that I like very much is troubleshooting.
  • Cons

  • The barcode functionality couldn't work for me also there is no enough document about ls retail replenishment. It is not working at all.
  • The licence is an over kill. The features are all over the place.
  • No Security related to tables, Transaction margin, If you customize too much Microsoft Dynamics NAV you can have problems down the line.

  • The timing features for happy hour pricing, the ease of use for customers and staff, inventory use, ease of changing items on the fly during service. Such a great product for fast casual use.
  • And do it all in one place - is awesome. And the fact that it is all so easy and user friendly is just a bonus.
  • I love that you can pretty much totally customize it to your needs. The back end is very easy to use and I love the support links.
  • Cons

  • Install was a total disaster and cost our company over 40K in losses. They refused to take responsibility for their failures.
  • Customer Support Inadequate and Multiple Charges on customer accounts.
  • You end up paying more in lost time, chargeback fees, and waste money on a subscription that doesn't even provide you with enough support.
