Pros/Cons
Pros
- I am using this software for more then 10yrs, using 4.5 version to updated ls central. I like how to they improve there quality of software, they have very good team while giving solution.
- Data director is the most amazing feature with seamless functionality. It works really great in data replication.
- The solution was implemented in a multidimensional organisation with POS's, backend and frontend users. The ability to have everything (>90%) of your needs fulfilled is a fantastic feat.
Cons
- The barcode functionality couldn't work for me also there is no enough document about ls retail replenishment. It is not working at all.
- The licence is an over kill. The features are all over the place.
- No Security related to tables, Transaction margin, If you customize too much Microsoft Dynamics NAV you can have problems down the line.
Pros
- Its an amazing software ...very easy to use and a very powerful back end repotting system. Very helpful staff and friendly, and all custom programs are done so good and perfect.
- We switched over from Opus and have been extremely happy with the decision. Customer service has been excellent in working with us with any issues that have come up.
- Datascan is so good at what they do. Their customer service is excellent and their pharmacy software and pos is amazing.
Cons
- I do not have any features which I feel are missing. Throughout the years I have requested many feature request and Datascan has always accommodated the request.
- Feel we have to update often. I know features are added but it's inconvenient at times.
- Datascan has always been able to remotely fix all problems (very few) remotely the same day.
