Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It was extremely easy to implement and hit the ground running with minimal training. We love it!

  • I like the simplicity and ease of use. It takes no time at all to learn it, and it is easily adaptable. Customer service rocks!

  • Cons

  • The time it takes to have a new employee trained up to the administrator level can be tedious, however its worth it, to have another capable hands on deck makes the job a lot more efficient

  • There are a lot of functions and options that you need to narrow down and tweak before it starts to click, at least that's how it was for me.

  • Pros

  • This a great channel manager with lots channel distribution. It works perfectly. no problems with double bookings.

  • Easy to use. Peace of mind booking control from all outlets

  • Cons

  • Terrible response time, error in their software but they make the customer solve the problem for them and pay for the damages caused.

  • Every now and again it will glitch, but overall I would says its works as it should 98% of the time.
