Pros/Cons
Pros
- All in all the program is wonderful and so affordable. Its perfect for a big corporation or the smallest of properties.
- I personally like the easy to use interface, Managing rates is very easy and it's synchronization with booking.com and agoda etc is seamless, and the support service is outstanding.
- Checking occupancy, Revenue with one click is an excellent pocket note for us. This software requires no training as it is easy to learn with few basic knowledge in a PMS.
Cons
- The WORST property management system I've seen in my 20+ year carrer.
- I only gave each area a 1 star review because I had to. There's NO stars for this in my book.
- For now, we only the total of the whole month. And we don't get dummy bookings for the NO SHOW.
Pros
- Positive results were achieved because we have a clear overview of everything thus planning and followups have been successful.
- The ease of use of the software is one of its best qualities. Someone that does not know a thing about property management software can just jump right in and get started.
- Rentpost is the best value I have found after search for weeks. There great customer service and easy to use features have really changed the efficiency of my company.
Cons
- Some small features are missing such as marketing.
- The only thing negative I've come across with RentPost, is that it does not have a marketing section yet.
- The customer service is undesirable in that it’s easy to get them on the phone when signing up but not when you have a issue. The delayed payment could be a reason for us to move on.
