Pros/Cons
Pros
- All in all the program is wonderful and so affordable. Its perfect for a big corporation or the smallest of properties.
- I personally like the easy to use interface, Managing rates is very easy and it's synchronization with booking.com and agoda etc is seamless, and the support service is outstanding.
- Checking occupancy, Revenue with one click is an excellent pocket note for us. This software requires no training as it is easy to learn with few basic knowledge in a PMS.
Cons
- The WORST property management system I've seen in my 20+ year carrer.
- I only gave each area a 1 star review because I had to. There's NO stars for this in my book.
- For now, we only the total of the whole month. And we don't get dummy bookings for the NO SHOW.
Pros
- The software is extremely easy to use and customer support has been excellent. I have always spoke with customer service when I call customer support and she has been awesome to deal with.
- The support I got to set up my website was amazing. The staff at Unit Trac is always very helpful with some complicated transactions that we may need help with from time to time.
- The soft ware was easy to use and not only that the person that sold it to me was so kind, understanding and helpful. It does everything I can think you would possibly want it to do.
Cons
- I was told this would be implemented last year. Has it been done and have I just missed seeing it.
- I have not had time to learn to use all the functions. Do not have a bookkeeper or secretary so it's difficult to set aside time to learn.
- You could input tenant information and move on. My only gripe is there is currently no way for customers to get a notification prior to their due date.
