  • Pros

  • The product is great and easy to use once you have had training on it. The vendor is amazing and the support has been excellent.
  • We had a Maestro trainer, come down this month to retrain the department. He was phenomenal and I am excited to gain more and more expertise with Maestro over time.
  • For the most part Maestro is a great program and hasn't let us down. I love all the different avenues you can take to find existing, and checked out reservations.
  • Cons

  • The only real dislike that I had with this program was the learning curve.
  • I am used to operating many windows at once. This system is very stubborn you cannot even easily escape a rating query without making a reservation.
  • This system was so confusing at first. I came from using Opera.

  • Released is very user friendly and easy to use and has some great features. Easy to save and access important documents.
  • How easy it is use, the interface is simple but effective. The constant improvements from listening to client feedback is much appreciated and has improved our working life’s dramatically.
  • It's very friendly and fast, so far I haven't encountered any issue since it's very easy to save the data. At the moment everything has been very helpful since it reminds me tasks that I need to do.
  • Cons

  • Limited ways to learn the software, we had our knowledge passed down form staff member to staff member, with knowledge being lost as staff left.
  • Terminology can be confusing to the individual users. Not a lot of support for building maintenance.
  • No access to software from my smartphone or pad.
