For small businesses or businesses just starting out the fact that there is no cost to the business is awesome. The small Peek fee is passed on to the customer.

The learning curve at first can be a little frustrating, but I think that is to be expected with any new software.

Possibly fraudulent - definitely misrepresenting their service and product.
