It is owner revenue driven as opposed to the online booking tool's model which is occupancy driven and guest focused. They offer easy to follow instructions and webinars that allow you to fully understand the tools and functionality. Ultimately you are able to read the data and make informed decisions to maximize your profit and occupancy. #### Cons The only issue I have with the system is the inability to map prices against the curve (you will understand when you have the software). It’s rented almost every day in the off season when I’m not using it. In my area there’s 600+ houses available and mine still rents. If it rents for 2 extra days a year it covers what PriceLabs cost us. #### Cons There’s no App and no person you can call. When I began using PriceLabs I only hosted my own suite and had no idea what price point to list at. PriceLabs has successfully allowed me to increase my nightly rate by 40-60% and I still am achieving high occupancy rates. While some products require an advanced skillset to learn (which they have a plethora of helpful videos and instructions for), some great features I put off using while I was still new to the software as it was just too overwhelming in the beginning. #### Reasons for choosing PriceLabs Because I could set everything up without a sales call.Wheelhouse got ruled out because it doesn't appear from their website they accepted clients with less than 10 listings.Beyond wants users to schedule a demo with a rep.I didn't want to do any of that. From the first month I used this software, I know it was a winner. It implemented pricing that was higher than I would of gone with but within days I knew I had been underselling our properties. I estimate the improved pricing in the first month of using this software paid for the full years subscription. The next problem I experimented with was "last minute" pricing. I was blown away with the level of control of this aspect and within a few weeks, we stated to get "back to back bookings" - something I could never of done without this software. I now have one property with a 96% occupancy rate.
