I miss the feature in which you used to hover the mouse over a name and it would show the balance due.

Can't say enough good about their solid product, their customer service, and their willingness to continually strive to make the best product they can offer.

Without RK, I would have easily been burnout once I hit 5 properties, and we would have never had the opportunity to provide employment to so many great people.

Anything that was a problem for me, they helped. There is also a forum where other users can assist each other.

Most of all, the representative is very responsive. If I don't understand something or I want to do something unusual, he helps me get the problem solved quickly and graciously.

The auto-responders are awesome and can be modified to fit each rental. Customers can easily pay through the links and emails provided.

The integration into our website and customizable look made it an outstanding choice. Of course the customer service was ready to help setting things up to our liking.

Still a few odd quirks with the software, in my opinion.

Just 1 thing missing: for bookings where more than 1 invoice needed (ex. touroperator orders and pay for room - guest pay for food and extras) you have to add 2 bookings and hide 1 of them.

We have been with ReservationKey for 4 years and have been very happy and fits our needs. Being a small B&B it is a great price point, while having the functionality of the big boys.

The next thing that I found so wonderful is that it is so easy on the back end. I am not your traditional cookie-cutter hotel/motel.

It was fairly easy (if you know some HTML/CSS) to integrate and RK's support. Is fast and thorough, thanks to customer support staff.

They are very responsive and open to enhancements and suggestions. The system constantly improving and having more functionality.

However, that may be more a function of how I work rather than a problem with ReservationKey.

M trying to close my Plus account but nope, no one gets back to me and they’re still charging me. Absolutely disgusted and now cancelling my card so they can’t steal anymore of my money.

I used fresha and I had so much support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN. He was truly amazing and patient with me , always answering my questions.

Fresha just changed my life, the CS is fantastic, my customers handle their own appointments and it saved me a lot of time, very comfortable app.

I don’t take credit cards so I don’t need the extra service. I had to dispute it on my credit card company.

It’s all about learning with new products and how easy they are fresha is easy to adapt to and function and customer care are great.

Will start working again in september. I am so positive so far...and I’m hoping it will stay that way.

Great little booking tool. I switched when i wanted a paperless clinic.

Clients can book in easily and the book now buttons create opportunities for clients to see who’s available at any time day or night. I love all the features and the consultation helps a great deal.

Except on the website it says it’s included in the 2.29% plus $0.20 per transaction fees. M already very upset at the delay only to hear about these extra costs.

It is easy to use so far and even the free version a small business can use. And as i can understand the Fresha Plus is also cheap.
