As I added more clients and staff, ResortCleaning grew with me. As I needed to add features to help me manage that I had not needed when I was a smaller company, the staff helped me know what features were best and how to implement them. Fewer clicks = more time to manage my business instead of being stuck behind a desk. Cons: Getting started is a little learning curve. The look and feel was different than what I was using before. But the customer service is fantastic. I can schedule training calls to learn about new features, bounce my processes off the staff to get their opinion of the best way to organize my work flow and also email in specific questions. They always reply promptly. Reasons for choosing ResortCleaning Status Tracker was static. It was what it was - just a way to know the status of a property (clean, dirty, in process) and had a few checklists. ResortCleaning has payroll, invoicing, apps for cleaners and owners, pictures, notes and it gets better. Every week they update or release something to make the system better. Periodically they put out a new feature I did not realize I needed until I saw it was available. Now I don't know how I ever lived without some of the features that are available.
