Lack of choices with the credit card gateway was disappointing.

My favorite feature is one glance reservations. Being able to see customer, reservation and payment info all in one screen is helpful.

The quick and easy use of shortcut keys, or clicking through menus, either way - too easy. The team at RMS are always very helpful and cheerful.

By switching to RMS we brought our property management software costs down significantly and also increased functionality.

The experience is excellent, especially when working with the rep in the UK support office - he is always a joy to work with.

As stated above, I find it easy to use and when there has been a problem or something I have needed help with, the service has been great.

The triggered correspondence and ability to send SMS to our in house guests are great features. Some of the reports are very helpful.

If you want reliability, accuracy and performance you need to have the best you can - for us that is RMS.

Clean screen and in and out screen are easy to view and understand what is happening in house. Fairly user friendly and I like how their are multiple ways to do one thing.

The Help you actually receive @ the help desk. They are always polite, helpful and follow through with calling you back if need be.

I have very happy with RMS as it meets all my requirements and the support is superior to other channel managers and property management systems.

The layout is very crisp and clean. There have also been some pretty interesting work around processes for our unusual organization.

It is clear and easy to use once set up, the day to day functions are good.

I like the Tariff Manager and ability to pull a variety of reports. My new managers have never worked with it before, but are really impressed by what it can do.

Pos integration is excellent. Customer support is fast and knowledgeable.

Their support crew are the best. We thought our last PMS was good, these guys are a level beyond and it's all included in their package price.

Not being able to tokenize something and pre auth at the same time. Looks bad when swiping guest card twice.

It stays stuck on somewhere in Florida, which is frustrating when you try to tell the weather to a guest.

We operate boutique hotels and are able to save and easily access all guest and account info to provide the highest level of service. Lon in tech support is the best.

Sometimes the software will freeze during checking in our guests which can be frustrated. And I will have to restart the program.

Plenty of features for managing property and freedom to customize settings, including the rate tables and periods. Built-in POS for ancillary transactions with integrated accounting.

When setting up deals etc I get totally lost. Need a manual printed so we can follow steps.

I like the ease of use by the various staff who need to access it - from reservations to reports. I also like being able to get in touch with someone in customer support quickly.

It's also very user-friendly for those taking reservations and the ability to easily take online reservations is great.

Customer service is above expectations and it is easy to understand the whole system however more OTA integrations are essential.

There really are so many options that sometimes I get confused going through them all.

The utilities processing is fantastic on RMS as I can do all costs eg, service availability, usage and sewerage usage with just one process, could not do this with our old system.

I have encountered a few problems that stemmed from the way I set up our system.

Ease of use and price point were the main factors.

Mostly self explanatory and great help with Skytouch Support every time I have used it. I like the group functionality.

I only liked the little icon that displays when you collect payment from a guest. That's very useful to have on the arrival list.

The thing I like most about SkyTouch is that it's very easy to learn and apply rate changes, which is what I primarily use it for.

Cloud based has been great also two way integration with siteminder has been a great time saver.

Overall it has been great. Easy to use and easy to teach.

The system was built to be easy to use and train new employees quickly. It allows flexible scenarios to be easily accounted for through a great product flow design.

This basic hotel management software is easy to use and reliable.

There are frequent outages where the system is inaccessible because of an update to their system. Not only that, there is absolutely NO UX design in mind in their product.

The ability to drag-and-drop reservations into specific rooms; the integration with SiteMinder; the cloud based platform.

Set up was easy and the cost was well worth it. Community board is a nice feature.

The tape chart is frustrating cause it only shows 7 day spans. Too many layers to drill down to functional features.

Overall experience is excellent and cost efficient.

Favorite thing with this product is the customer support is there to help you and get the best out of the product.

From the sales department to support, everyone that I've interacted with has been professional, courteous and most of all very competent.

It'seasy to used, help with overall setups and manage ans is easy to work with and manage.

I have received good customer service on every call to the help desk.

During our use, sometimes we will have double charge problem, overbook problem due to the system.

Most times it never makes it to a guest's inbox. Lots of error message that offers no solution.

All properties have the same problem that reflects on the issue of being overbooked if the reservation lags on getting integrated to your system. The issue is with the industry and not the software.

The front desk clerks are experiencing some trouble & there are a few things that take longer for them to do.

The worst part about Skytouch Hotel OS is their Reports section. Although there is a search function, it is missing some of the filter criteria needed to run streamlined reports.

The most friendly user PMS out there. I've worked in the hospitality industry for 37 years and have worked with them all, and SkyTouch  is by far the best.

Great experience mainly due to the design of the software.

It integrated well and most importantly provides updates and training that brings everyone up to speed quickly for a fast & seamless implementation.

It’s been an amazing experience so far. We hope to stay with this company for many years to come.

Skytouch Hotel OS is super user-friendly making it one of the easiest PMS systems to teach to New Hires. The User Admin and Rate Management aspects of the program are superb as well.

They offer all the reports I need to conduct my revenue calls each week and they are very easy to read.
