"You get a robust property management system, booking engine, and channel manager features without breaking the bank, which is huge for our bottom line."

"Sometimes when there is an issue on payment, it takes many days to get fixed."

"Unfortunately we were given misinformation and Innquest is refusing to accept responsibility. If you are a hotel this might be great for you (aside from their cloud product being archaic and extremely tedious). If you are a vacation rental please know that cleaning fees or add on packages will have to be charged in a separate manual payment and they will not let you know this when you are signing up for their product."

"Techs are not available by phone and it takes quite some time to receive a response. If an issue is not corrected or addressed on the first go around, follow up rarely happens with out having to email to see what's going on. "
