M trying to close my Plus account but nope, no one gets back to me and they’re still charging me. Absolutely disgusted and now cancelling my card so they can’t steal anymore of my money.

All businesses need systems, simple systems work best, just the accounting integration. They get that right, they will have an absolute winner.

I used fresha and I had so much support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN. He was truly amazing and patient with me , always answering my questions.

Fresha just changed my life, the CS is fantastic, my customers handle their own appointments and it saved me a lot of time, very comfortable app.

I don’t take credit cards so I don’t need the extra service. I had to dispute it on my credit card company.

It’s all about learning with new products and how easy they are fresha is easy to adapt to and function and customer care are great.

Will start working again in september. I am so positive so far...and I’m hoping it will stay that way.

Great little booking tool. I switched when i wanted a paperless clinic.

Clients can book in easily and the book now buttons create opportunities for clients to see who’s available at any time day or night. I love all the features and the consultation helps a great deal.

Except on the website it says it’s included in the 2.29% plus $0.20 per transaction fees. M already very upset at the delay only to hear about these extra costs.

It is easy to use so far and even the free version a small business can use. And as i can understand the Fresha Plus is also cheap.

For me the system it’s just amazing, from online bookings, text and email confirmations for clients, costumer service when I have doubts they are fast with solutions and explanations.

I really like the fact that you can utilize almost everything you need to run a successful business. It keeps track on everything with integrated options to social media plus google.

The headache and frustration of dealing with them is too much. If I did not already have my clients set up in their system, I would be switching to something else.

It’s great for start up and small businesses. So many fantastic features that are complimentary with the small debit fee that is only taken upon sale.

Mostly self explanatory and great help with Skytouch Support every time I have used it. I like the group functionality.

I only liked the little icon that displays when you collect payment from a guest. That's very useful to have on the arrival list.

The thing I like most about SkyTouch is that it's very easy to learn and apply rate changes, which is what I primarily use it for.

Cloud based has been great also two way integration with siteminder has been a great time saver.

Overall it has been great. Easy to use and easy to teach.

This basic hotel management software is easy to use and reliable.

There are frequent outages where the system is inaccessible because of an update to their system. Not only that, there is absolutely NO UX design in mind in their product.

The ability to drag-and-drop reservations into specific rooms; the integration with SiteMinder; the cloud based platform.

Set up was easy and the cost was well worth it. Community board is a nice feature.

The tape chart is frustrating cause it only shows 7 day spans. Too many layers to drill down to functional features.

From the sales department to support, everyone that I've interacted with has been professional, courteous and most of all very competent.

It'seasy to used, help with overall setups and manage ans is easy to work with and manage.

I have received good customer service on every call to the help desk.

During our use, sometimes we will have double charge problem, overbook problem due to the system.

Most times it never makes it to a guest's inbox. Lots of error message that offers no solution.

All properties have the same problem that reflects on the issue of being overbooked if the reservation lags on getting integrated to your system. The issue is with the industry and not the software.

The front desk clerks are experiencing some trouble & there are a few things that take longer for them to do.

The worst part about Skytouch Hotel OS is their Reports section. Although there is a search function, it is missing some of the filter criteria needed to run streamlined reports.

The most friendly user PMS out there. I've worked in the hospitality industry for 37 years and have worked with them all, and SkyTouch  is by far the best.

Great experience mainly due to the design of the software.

It integrated well and most importantly provides updates and training that brings everyone up to speed quickly for a fast & seamless implementation.

Skytouch Hotel OS is super user-friendly making it one of the easiest PMS systems to teach to New Hires. The User Admin and Rate Management aspects of the program are superb as well.

They offer all the reports I need to conduct my revenue calls each week and they are very easy to read.
