Their customer service was awful. I canceled with them because I found a better system and they refused a refund.

It seems to be something that they do not actively work on, which seems crazy to me.

I like the fact that it easy to connect to Facebook and Instagram. But the customization was wonderful as well to use.

With the restrictions lifting we are now allowed to do private parties at a reduced capacity. I needed a booking software that was easy to use and at a good price.

If you encounter issue in payment stage during a booking,  no entry point  for customer to get back to their unpay booking within system, you must work it out offline.

It also connects with Instagram which is awesome. The free plan has many benefits and overall just very pleased with the service.

Sometimes clients don't read the reminder email properly which says it's from a no reply address; and reply to it to cancel appointments.

A few things have been really frustrating for me. There is no option to select that they have paid a deposit in person, only online payments.

Support was great, all questions were answered effectively and promptly.

If you get happier by the hour during testing because it meets almost all your wishes and you see parts you didn't know but still are fantastic then you have the WOW.

I love the fact that there is a video guide to help guide you through every single portion of setting up the site. It is easy to use and I love it so far.
