Wavestec is a hotel management system for small to midsize organizations. Wavestec caters to a variety of segments including bed and brekfasts, clubs, condo hotels, resorts and vacation rentals. The system is available to establishments with 49 rooms or less. Cloud-based and on-premise deployments are available. 

Key features of the system include front office and property management, central reservations, housekeeping, online booking, guest relationship management and business intelligence tools. The dashboard allows users to navigate the system from one centralized location. Users can set up automated email confirmations to alert guests of upcoming stays. The customizable room attributes allow companies to upload their property specific details to the system.

The housekeeping module allows users to create housekeeping plans by room type. Housekeeper and supervisor assignments are uploaded and saved to the dashboard on a daily basis. Users can schedule room maintenance alerts to populate during any set timeframe.
